Job summary

New Season seeks Telecounselors to provide individual and group counseling via a HIP AA compliant, synchronous video platform for patients across the United States. You will join a multidisciplinary team including Medical Director, Program Director, and Nurses to address clinical needs and patient well‑being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field and be independently licensed in counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent) in the state you will support.
• Licensed to practice independently for a minimum of 1 year at the time of hire.
• Knowledge and experience in substance abuse, Intensive Outpatient, Group, and telecounseling.

Responsibilities

• Performs individual and group counseling via synchronous video communication.
• Educates patients in all aspects of treatment, health issues and steps to recovery.
• Completes patient documentation, treatment plans, reassessments and required forms within designated time frames.
• Coordinates intake, admission, discharge and transfer paperwork as needed.
• Maintains compliance with policies and state/federal regulations and ensures proper documentation.
