New Season seeks Telecounselors to provide individual and group counseling via a HIPAA-compliant, synchronous video platform for patients served by our clinics across the United States. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to identify clinical needs and ensure patient well-being, with remote work arrangements possible per leadership and policy.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a Human Services field and are independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent) in the

• Master's degree in a human services field and independent licensure in counseling.
• Active licensure in the state of practice (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or equivalent).
• Experience with substance abuse, Intensive Outpatient, and telecounseling.

Responsabilidades

• Performs individual and group counseling via synchronous video with assigned patients.
• Educates patients on treatment, health issues and recovery steps.
• Completes telecounseling screening, notes, treatment plans and reassessments timely.
• Maintains documentation in the EHR and complies with policies and procedures.
