Job summary

New Season is seeking Telecounselors to provide individual and group counseling via a HIPAA-compliant, synchronous video platform for patients served across the United States. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to identify clinical needs and ensure comprehensive documentation while supporting remote work arrangements as approved by leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a Human Services field and are independently licensed (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW) in the state they serve.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services related field and independent licensure in counseling.
• Licensed in the state they will support (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW) for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge and experience in substance abuse, Intensive Outpatient, Group, and telecounseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling via synchronous video.
• Educate patients on treatment and recovery steps.
• Complete telecounseling documentation within required timeframes.
