Chameleon Integrated Services seeks an enterprise Program Manager to lead the Telecommunications Services Support Team (TSST) for the DITCO Transition PMO. You will direct a 25-person workforce, ensuring uninterrupted staffing during large-scale DoD network transitions and maintaining full compliance with federal requirements.

The role emphasizes strong program management, QA, risk mitigation, and executive briefing support within a highly secure DoD environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total IT experience, with DoD/telecom program management exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Active Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication is required at start.
• Willingness to lead meetings 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Direct the 25-person TSST workforce and manage staffing across transitions.
• Interface between delivery teams, DoD agencies, contractors, and oversight bodies.
• Provide executive briefing slides, management charts, and progress reports.
• Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Plan for data validation and service orders.
• Track ~70,000 transition actions to prevent billing issues or gaps.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies and deliver monthly reports on time.
