Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks an enterprise Program Manager to direct the Telecommunications Services Support Team (TSST) for the DITCO Transition PMO. You will lead a 25-person workforce through the seamless transfer of DoD service records from expiring contracts to new vehicles, ensuring compliance and uninterrupted staffing.

The role requires 8+ years in IT, strong leadership, experience with FFP contracts, and executive briefings. Remote work with proximity to Scott AFB, IL preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years total IT experience with Federal/DoD IT or telecom program management.
• Active Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible within DISS at start.
• Available to lead the workforce and attend Government meetings 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, Mon–Fri, with evening flexibility.
• Must sign a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) authorizing submission for this contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall performance of the 25-person TSST workforce, actively managing work distribution and staffing across all transition phases.
• Serve as the principal interface between corporate delivery teams, the DITCO PMO, DoD agencies, contractors, and oversight bodies.
• Provide direct technical and operational support to the DoD Program Manager, including executive briefing slides, management charts, and progress reports.
• Formulate, implement, and maintain a contract-wide Quality Assurance Plan to oversee data validation, tracking database accuracy, and service order processing.
• Oversee tracking and QA/QC of ~70,000 transition actions to prevent billing anomalies or service gaps.
• Maintain and monitor the program Risk Register, implement mitigation strategies, and deliver Lessons Learned Reports at milestones.
• Guide modification of the Transition Strategy and Management Plan and review agency transition plans for alignment.
• Enforce compliance with corporate and federal policies; ensure monthly deliverables are delivered on time.
