Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Manager to oversee enterprise telecommunications services and lead modernization from legacy voice systems to SIP and cloud-based platforms. This remote role is US-based, offering a salary range of $120,000–$140,000 plus bonus.

You will manage telephony infrastructure, voice technologies, vendors, budgets, and a small team, driving strategic roadmaps, migration projects, and high availability across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise telecommunications environments.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise telephony platforms.
• Deep understanding of SIP, PRI, VoIP, SBCs, UC technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise telephony infrastructure and communication technologies.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for telecommunications modernization.
• Lead migration initiatives from legacy voice systems to SIP-based and cloud communications platforms.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve reliability, scalability, security, and user experience.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align telecommunications capabilities with organizational objectives.
