Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Extensive knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and switching technologies.
• Deep understanding of optical networking (DWDM, OTN) and wireless backhaul solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale, high-availability networks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies (e.g., NFV, SDN).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring engineers remotely.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
