The role is remote and full-time, requiring 3+ years in vendor or program management within telecom and a relevant degree or certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Program Management, or related role in telecom.
• Experience managing carriers, service providers, or infrastructure vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and vendor governance programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Program Management degree or certification in telecom or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage vendor performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and measure vendor performance against SLAs and contracts.
• Hold carriers accountable for SLA violations and track service credits.
• Develop monthly performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Lead Vendor Business Reviews and address service anomalies.
• Drive process improvements and automated reporting for telecom metrics.
• Occasional travel up to 10%.
