ViaPath Technologies in Altoona, PA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the performance of tasks ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met. This hybrid role requires travel up to 75% and close collaboration with the PMO and client stakeholders.

You'll manage multiple projects from conception through implementation, coordinating teams across IT and telecom, maintaining budgets, and delivering key PM artifacts, status reports, and change controls to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PM certification and/or Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience in IT, Government Contracting, and Wi-Fi installation projects desired.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Office; familiarity with PM tools (Jira/Smartsheet/Confluence/Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to travel up to 75%.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple projects from conception through completion; lead teams responsible for analysis, design, integration, testing, and implementation of telecommunications systems.
• Perform day-to-day management of installation activity across multiple projects and locations.
• Direct management of project budgets, ensuring cost and schedule objectives are met.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Benchmark program status and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure delivery of PM deliverables including project plans, change control, and status reporting.
