Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to govern telecom and mobility services across stores, corporate offices and distribution centers. You’ll own intake, vendor governance, service delivery oversight, escalation management and performance reporting.

Bring 5+ years in telecom, mobility, vendor management or IT infrastructure, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills to lead multi-site initiatives in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in telecom, mobility, vendor management, project management or IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and managed service providers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site retail, corporate and distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Governs telecommunications and mobility vendors and performance.
• Owns Calero relationship and monitors service delivery and costs.
• Oversees telecom and mobility project execution across sites.
• Manages vendor escalations and drives RCA follow-up.
• Maintains executive reporting and operational scorecards.
