Context66 is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead telecom contract lifecycle management and TEM initiatives for a strategic client engagement. You will own vendor relationships, billing governance, and audit-ready contract records in a complex telecom environment.

The role requires 8+ years in related roles, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with legal, procurement, finance, and technology teams in hybrid work settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, contract management, TEM, or vendor management in telecom.
• Experience with CLM including drafting, negotiating, and renewals.
• Strong TEM knowledge: billing, spend analysis, forecasting.
• Experience with telecom asset/inventory management.
• Proven vendor management and SLA oversight with multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to collaborate with legal, procurement, finance and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for telecom vendor and carrier agreements from drafting through renewal and closeout.
• Lead contract negotiations with telecom vendors to secure favorable terms and SLAs.
• Manage renewals, dates, obligations, and renegotiation windows to avoid lapses.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository with audit trails.
• Oversee TEM processes, including spend tracking, forecasting, and invoicing validation.
• Manage AP/AR activity tied to telecom billing and vendor payments.
• Perform spend analysis to identify cost trends and optimization opportunities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, service consolidation, and removal of unused services.
• Lead SLA management and vendor performance escalation and remediation.
• Provide executive-level reporting on contract status, spend, and risk.
