Ten4 is a technology advisory company specializing in connectivity, voice, wireless, and network solutions. This remote role supports quoting and sourcing for technology services, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer needs and deliver timely quotes.

For payroll and tax, US-based candidates are preferred. The Senior Director, Professional Services supervises this role, with opportunities to grow and contribute to cost optimization and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Understanding of telecom services, carrier pricing, contracts, and provider relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements of telecom products and services, compare solutions, and make recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Professional, proactive and clear communication style with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, providers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability and willingness to effectively utilize and leverage company level AI resources.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsabilités

• Own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services through Ten4's provider network.
• Confirm customer requirements for each sourcing request are complete and technically sound, working with Sales, Account Management, and customers to resolve gaps while addressing availability and customer needs.
• Own each sourcing request from intake through handoff and follow up with providers to keep quotes moving to meet timelines.
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with providers to identify solutions and request pricing.
• Build strong working relationships with carriers and technology partners to improve pricing, responsiveness, and options.
• Develop corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall business objectives.
