Job summary

Choice Property Resources, Inc. is a remote-enabled Contracts Manager role focused on telecommunications and service agreements for multifamily properties.

You will negotiate six- and seven-figure deals with national providers, interpret contracts, and craft compelling proposals to enhance resident experience and long-term revenue. You will operate from a home office with occasional travel to staff and vendor meetings (up to 5%).

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a related field.
• Four-year degree from accredited university or college preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Professional is a plus.
• Travel up to 5% of the time and ability to work from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Vet client properties with vendors for existing provider agreements.
• Review and interpret existing agreements to capture key terms.
• Identify opportunities with vendors for new and/or competitive proposals.
• Negotiate business and financial terms of proposals.
• Prepare detailed proposal summaries for client presentations, including financial projections.
• Proof draft contracts.
• Manage a high volume of projects and tasks for a growing B2B business.
