Choice Property Resources is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee telecommunications and other service agreements for multifamily clients. You will negotiate with national providers on six- and seven-figure deals, evaluate opportunities, and help clients make decisions impacting property value and revenue.

The role is remote, based from a home office in the Columbus, Ohio area with up to 5% travel. A four-year degree is preferred and Salesforce/Microsoft Office experience is a plus.

• Vet client properties with vendors for existing provider agreements.
• Review and interpret agreements to capture key terms.
• Identify opportunities with vendors for new or competitive proposals.
• Negotiate business and financial terms of proposals.
• Prepare detailed proposal summaries for client presentations, including financial projections.
• Proof draft contracts and manage a high volume of projects.
