OnTrac is seeking a Contracts Management Senior Specialist to lead drafting, review, negotiation and administration of vendor and customer contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and business objectives. This remote role acts as a liaison between internal teams and external parties to mitigate risk and drive governance through contract lifecycle oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of contract management and administration principles and terminology.
• Knowledge of standard office software and contract management technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing, and other contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and policies; mitigate contractual risks and guide stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align terms with needs.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage lifecycle processes.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and best practices for contract management.
• Monitor performance, support audits and regulatory reviews, and report on contracts.
