Job summary

Choice Property Resources is a well-established B2B professional services firm seeking a Contracts Manager. You will oversee telecommunications and other service agreements for multifamily clients, negotiating with national providers on six- and seven-figure deals.

This fully remote role is based from a home office in the Columbus, Ohio metro area with occasional travel up to 5%. A four-year degree and related field experience are preferred to contribute to client value and long-term revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Ability to manage high-volume projects and tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking
• Two years of related field experience
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office is a plus
• Four-year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Vet client properties with vendors for existing provider agreements
• Review and interpret existing agreements to capture key terms
• Identify opportunities with vendors for new/competitive proposals
• Negotiate business and financial terms of proposals
• Prepare detailed proposal summaries for client presentations
• Proof draft contracts
• Manage a high volume of projects for a growing B2B business
