Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Manager, Telecom Automation Operations to lead a dedicated AI Support team and oversee end-to-end automation operations. You will guide incident response, escalation, and resolution tracking to ensure reliable telecom platforms.

In this remote role, you will drive SLA/KPI definitions, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with Telecom Ownership leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology operations, platform support, or ITSM; at least 2 years in a people management role.
• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or enterprise SaaS in Telecom or related environment.
• Strong ITIL and incident/change management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of AI Support Administrators with coaching and performance management.
• Own end-to-end support model for Telecom Automation Operations, including incident response and escalation tracking.
• Drive optimization by improving platform performance, reducing downtime, and enhancing ROI.
• Establish and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and runbooks for all supported Automation Operations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical incidents and outages.
• Partner with vendors, IT, and stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and resolve systemic issues.
• Lead operational reviews and report on platform health and trends.
• Develop SOPs and manage budget, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
