Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking an Administrator, Telecom Automation Operations to manage day-to-day support and optimization of our Telecom Automation platform. You will dig into incidents, triage requests, and ensure platform availability in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role requires ITSM familiarity, AI/ML tool experience, and strong troubleshooting. You'll work with vendors, document issues, and contribute to automation initiatives while supporting on-call coverage and knowledge

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, platform administration, or technical operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and enterprise SaaS apps.
• Familiar with ITSM processes: incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting across integrated systems.
• Able to analyze data and logs to diagnose platform behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; document issues clearly.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/ Telecommunications or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve telecom automation incidents and requests.
• Perform root cause analyses to drive permanent resolutions.
• Run routine health checks and configuration updates.
• Assist onboarding and change management when AI features deploy.
• Document procedures and known issues in knowledge base.
• Collaborate with vendors for escalated issues.
• Identify opportunities to optimize platforms and automate.
• Participate in on-call rotation to maintain availability.
• Provide incident trends and status updates in reviews.
