You will guide workshops with customers, frame transformation roadmaps, and mentor technical teams to ensure governance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to lead customer workshops and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation.
• Lead workshops to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models and pain points.
• Define architectures for alarm correlation, anomaly detection, and incident remediation.
• Drive MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, and improved customer experience.
• Translate challenges into scalable OSS, service assurance, and automation architectures.
