Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks an Administrator, Telecom Automation Operations to support day-to-day operations, resolve incidents, and optimize telecom platforms. The role requires hands-on work, incident triage, and contribution to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability across the Telecom division.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support or platform operations, familiarity with ITSM processes, and experience with AI/ML platforms or enterprise SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, platform administration, or technical operations.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms or enterprise SaaS applications.
• Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes (incident, problem, change).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests related to Telecom Automation Operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and document findings for permanent resolution.
• Execute routine health checks, maintenance tasks, and configuration updates.
