Job summary

The Aspen Group is seeking an Administrator, Telecom Automation Operations to provide hands-on day-to-day support and optimization of Telecom Automation Operations. You will resolve incidents, perform health checks, and contribute to automation efforts to improve platform reliability and business outcomes.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, document issues clearly, and help manage changes as AI capabilities are deployed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, platform administration, or technical operations
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, intelligent automation tools, or enterprise SaaS applications
• Familiarity with ITSM processes including incident management, problem management, and change management
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues across integrated systems
• Comfortable working with data and logs to investigate platform behavior and performance
• Strong written and verbal communication; document issues clearly for technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests related to Telecom Automation Operations per SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and document findings
• Execute routine platform health checks, maintenance tasks, and configuration updates
• Support onboarding and change management when new AI capabilities are deployed
• Document procedures, known issues, workarounds, and resolutions in knowledge base
• Collaborate with Automation Operations vendors on escalated issues
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization and automation
• Assist in development/testing of solutions to improve reliability and performance
• Participate in on-call rotation for coverage
• Provide incident data, trend analysis, and status updates in reviews
• Manage hierarchy for all lines of business
• Provide Contact Center support for technical challenges
• Manage Opera rules for all lines of business
• Weekly calibration sessions with analysts
