Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services through Ten4's provider network. You will work with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer needs and deliver accurate quotes on time.

The role requires negotiating with carriers, building strong partner relationships, and staying current on industry changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Understanding of telecom services, carrier pricing, contracts, and provider relationships preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services through Ten4's provider network.
• Confirm customer requirements are complete and technically sound, coordinating with Sales and customers to resolve gaps and meet timelines.
• Own each sourcing request from intake through handoff and follow up with providers to keep quotes moving to meet timelines.
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with carriers and other providers to identify solutions and request pricing.
• Build relationships with carriers and providers to improve pricing, responsiveness, and options.
• Review quotes, contracts, and supporting documents for accurate pricing and service details.
• Coordinate with Order Management to ensure implementations have required information and documentation.
• Stay current on technology offerings and industry changes.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements to speed sourcing and quoting.
