Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Technology Demand Administrator Staff to manage demand intake and governance for technology projects. You will align the DTS portfolio with strategic objectives and business priorities, converting demands into governance-ready documents for leadership decisions.

You’ll collaborate with leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to monitor performance, support value realization, and guide cross-functional teams through demand qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or related field; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute DTS demand intake and assess requests for feasibility and alignment.
• Support governance and cross-governance committee flow.
• Monitor performance, risks, and issues of the demand portfolio.
• Prepare presentations and communications with minimal supervision.
• Lead cross-functional demand teams to align with roadmaps.
• Provide guidance and training on demand data management.
• Assist value realization reporting to stakeholders.
