Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of project/portfolio/demand management experience in a technology setting.
• Experience in healthcare contexts and clinical workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage DTS demand intake and feasibility assessments for technology projects.
• Support governance and cross-committee activities for strategic alignment.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and issues and report to governance bodies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and documentation for leadership reviews.
• Lead cross-functional teams through demand qualification processes.
• Provide guidance and training to operational and clinical stakeholders.
