Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Demand Manager to own the Global IT intake and demand lifecycle, aligning requests with strategic priorities and available capacity. You will drive governance, prioritization, and executive visibility across regions and functions.

This hybrid Denver-based role partners with senior leaders, PMOs and platform teams to improve efficiency, deliverables and reporting, and to ensure demand is managed in a standardized, auditable process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience with intake, prioritization, governance, or portfolio processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Global IT intake and demand management process.
• Facilitate governance reviews and demand triage sessions.
• Align approved demand with capacity and track lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders and provide executive‑level reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate intake workflows.
