Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Demand Manager to lead the Global IT intake and demand management process, owning governance, prioritization, and lifecycle visibility. You will partner with business leaders, PMO, architects, project managers, and platform teams to ensure demand aligns with strategic priorities.

You’ll drive reporting, dashboards, and executive updates, establishing SLAs and continuous improvements across multi-regional operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
5+ years in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Technology Delivery.
Experience managing intake, prioritization, governance, or portfolio processes.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience developing executive-level reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the Global IT intake and demand management process.
Define and oversee intake SLAs, governance standards, and procedures.
Ensure requests follow a standardized intake process from submission through execution readiness.
Track demand through the intake lifecycle and provide visibility into backlogs and pipeline health.
Produce executive-ready reporting for senior leadership and governance forums.
