Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced IT Demand Management professional to support the intake, analysis, and governance of technology requests across the organization. You will collaborate with business and IT leaders, requestors, and stakeholders to align submissions with priorities and strategies.

The role involves demand triage, business case development, due diligence coordination, and comprehensive documentation throughout the request lifecycle in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 9 years relevant experience required.
• Experience in IT Demand Management or similar governance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for requestors; guide Demand Management processes and expectations.
• Conduct demand intake and triage analysis to assess completeness and governance needs.
• Develop and refine business cases with clear documentation of value, risk, and resource needs.
• Coordinate due diligence activities; manage reviews, meetings, and summary reporting.
• Gather vendor and internal documentation to support evaluation and contracting activities.
• Lead due diligence meetings with requestors, vendors, and stakeholders as appropriate.
• Prepare due diligence summary reports with findings, recommendations, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Document stakeholder assessments and incorporate feedback into the demand review process.
• Monitor demand tasks, workflows, and SLAs to ensure timely progression and issue resolution.
