Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer & Knowledge Manager to support a mission-critical DoW program. You will document, organize, and maintain technical knowledge for operations and sustainment, working with engineering and support teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of technical writing or KM, experience with Confluence and Jira, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or knowledge management supporting software operations teams.
• Experience using Confluence and Jira for documentation, knowledge management, and team collaboration.
• Ability to develop and maintain clear, organized technical and operational documentation.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, capture, and maintain technical documentation, including operational runbooks, known-issue lists, interface documentation, and the application portfolio's sustainment baseline deliverable.
• Own and maintain the knowledge base used by support analysts and the on-call support rotation, ensuring information remains accurate, organized, and accessible.
• Maintain the monthly status report template and coordinate the documentation inputs needed for consistent program reporting.
• Support knowledge sharing and documentation practices that enable efficient application sustainment and continuity of operations.
