You will develop, capture, and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, runbooks, and interface documentation to ensure operations sustainment and on-call readiness.

The role supports a hybrid work model with on-site work at government facilities in the Northern Virginia area, requiring U.S.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or knowledge management supporting software operations teams.
• Experience using Confluence and Jira for documentation, knowledge management, and team collaboration.
• Ability to develop and maintain clear, organized technical and operational documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, capture, and maintain technical documentation, including operational runbooks, known-issue lists, interface documentation, and the application portfolio's sustainment baseline deliverable.
• Own and maintain the knowledge base used by support analysts and the on-call support rotation, ensuring information remains accurate, organized, and accessible.
• Maintain the monthly status report template and coordinate the documentation inputs needed for consistent program reporting.
• Support knowledge sharing and documentation practices that enable efficient application sustainment and continuity of operations.
