Job summary

Ddc Dine seeks a Technical Writer and KM Specialist to craft end-user manuals and concurrently build the program's knowledge management system from the ground up. You will coordinate with engineering to translate complex terms into clear documentation and train users on new KM workflows.

Responsibilities include RMF/ATO artifacts, systems engineering support, and maintaining version-controlled documentation with CUI handling per DoD guidelines. Some travel to Columbus, OH, will be required.

Qualifications

BS/BA in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with government deliverables is a plus.
KM system setup from scratch, planning, execution, and ongoing management.
Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio; able to translate tech terms into end-user docs.

Responsibilities

Take engineering terms and convert them into user manuals and end-user docs.
Plan, stand up, and manage the KM system from scratch with ongoing governance.
Develop documentation/training for database modernization and UI/UX deployment.
Produce artifacts for RMF/ATO, support project reviews and stakeholder meetings.
