Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Writer for the Employee Experience Design team within Fidelity Workplace Consulting. This remote contract role partners with external clients to draft benefit communications across print, web, video and social formats, driving understanding and engagement.

The candidate will draft SPDs and other ERISA-related documents, collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple priorities, and ensure compliance and clarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer in benefits or ERISA context.
• Experience drafting SPDs and legally required benefit communications.
• Ability to translate complex benefit concepts into clear language.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing/Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft technical content for benefit communications.
• Draft custom content across multimedia formats including print, web, video, and social for client campaigns.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to meet client objectives and deliver accurate, high-impact work.
