Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Writer for a remote, contract-to-hire role supporting backend systems and mobile apps in a regulated environment. You will create clear, compliant documentation, define requirements with technical teams, and develop diagrams and QMS content to support lifecycle improvements.

You'll work on content for software architecture, product requirements, and data solutions, tailoring to different audiences, and coordinating stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of technical writing experience.
• Experience in regulated environments and for audits.
• Translate complex concepts into clear text and visuals.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical teams to define documentation needs and deliver clear content.
• Create, edit, and maintain docs for backend components and mobile apps.
• Prepare documents for Quality Management System compliance.
• Standardize writing processes, style guidelines, and workflows.
• Improve documentation lifecycle practices for quality content.
