Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking an Associate Technical Writer to plan, develop, and maintain customer-facing content for the Help Center and internal documentation. You will partner with the product team to deliver high-quality docs that enable self-service and reduce support needs.

Qualifications

2+ years of web writing or editing experience for varied audiences.
BA in English, Technical Communication, or related field, or equivalent.
Basic HTML formatting knowledge.
Strong written and spoken English (C1+).
Experience with content templates and consistent delivery.
