Job summary

BRE is seeking a Technical Training Designer to transform technical knowledge into engaging training across online, virtual and classroom formats. You’ll collaborate with BRE experts to create learner-focused content, scripts and multimedia assets that remain current and impactful.

The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation and the ability to translate complex material into accessible training that supports BRE’s global learning programs and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing digital learning content.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging, learner-focused materials.
• Experience working with subject matter experts to develop training materials.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle.
• Skills in creating multimedia learning content (video, audio, screen capture).
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive learning design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials for online, virtual and in-person delivery.
• Translate technical subject matter into clear, accessible learning experiences.
• Collaborate with internal experts to gather information and shape learning solutions.
• Create content using instructional design best practices and modern methodologies.
• Develop scripts, storyboards and multimedia content for digital learning and video training.
• Produce visual learning assets, including graphics, diagrams and infographics.
• Maintain and update training materials to stay accurate and relevant.
• Support development of new training products aligned with the Academy's roadmap.
• Contribute ideas for improving learning design approaches and learner engagement.
• Identify customer learning needs and help create tailored training solutions.
