Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft technical training materials for implementing and supporting our technology. You will design engaging video content and motion graphics, collaborating with subject matter experts across ExtraHop to close knowledge gaps and optimize comprehension and retention.

The role emphasizes self-paced learning materials for external audiences, building courses in the LMS, and applying learning theory to course design.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience; adult education preferred.
• Experience designing instructional content for complex topics for external audiences.
• Three years of hands-on video development/motion design using Adobe After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Develop tutorial and explainer videos using multimedia assets.
• Create course design documents and video scripts.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify knowledge gaps.
• Research course topics using internal and external resources.
• Create and deploy courses within the learning management system.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of new and revised courses.
• Update aging assets to align with product versions.
