Job summary

Panduit, a global provider of data center and electrical solutions, seeks a Technical Systems Engineer to drive solution strategy across the Southeast Region. You’ll partner with account managers to identify, develop, and close deals, leading technical design and owning the technical success throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of identifying and promoting network infrastructure equipment.
• Datacenter and fiber knowledge including enterprise structure cabling, power, pathways, and cabinets.
• Experience working in sales or sales support role.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities early by partnering with the account team and understanding customer needs.
• Design and architect solutions with cross-functional teams and engage Professional Services as needed.
• Deliver impactful product and technical training to Account Managers, distributors, and partners.
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships, owning all technical aspects of opportunities.
• Leverage CRM tools to provide updates and drive opportunities forward.
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear, effective technical solutions.
