Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative for the Springwell brand to assist customers with product questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on water filtration systems via phone, chat, and email.

This remote role requires clear communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to work across systems while delivering accurate, friendly support on 8am-5pm ET or 9am-6pm ET shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, call center, or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and sound judgment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Willingness to learn technical product details and support processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical customer support via inbound interactions.
• Diagnose issues and identify root causes.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in multi-channel support via phone, chat, and email.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve concerns.
• Document interactions and resolutions in service records.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
