This fully remote role supports US-based candidates with shifts 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, and requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Technical Customer Support - assist customers with technical questions and product guidance via phone, chat or email.
• Issue Diagnosis - identify root causes and potential solutions for water filtration systems and related products.
• Troubleshooting Guidance - walk customers through step-by-step troubleshooting with clear communication.
• Multi-Channel Support - participate in a team rotation supporting inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• System Navigation - use multiple systems and knowledge bases to research and resolve concerns.
• Documentation - record interactions and resolutions for complete service records.
• Quality Service Delivery - meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
