Job summary

WOW! is seeking a Technical Support Specialist- Commercial to provide first-level support for WOW! Business Voice & Data products to SMB and Enterprise customers in a 24/7 environment. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate issues while delivering excellent service.

Requires 1 year of telecom or call center experience, strong communication, and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VoIP, and SIP. Remote work options are available for residents of OH or FL with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year telecom or call center experience.
• Certifications such as CCENT, Network+ or SIP School are a plus.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support via inbound calls for WOW! Business Voice & Data products (POTS, VoIP, Hosted VoIP, SIP, etc.).
• Interact with customers, vendors, technicians, and WOW! personnel to resolve issues.
• Respond to trouble tickets, chats, and calls; document information for analysis.
• Recognize and diagnose telephony features and customer premises equipment.
