Job summary

WOW! is seeking a Technical Analyst-Commercial for in-office work at the Columbus Data Center. You will deliver second-level advanced support across the WOW! Business product suite and coordinate with customers, networks, and vendors to resolve issues in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities include data gathering, reporting, ticket impact assessment, and documentation in systems. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years in telecommunications or technical support in a call center.
• Certifications such as CCENT or Network+ encouraged.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; WAN/LAN basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level advanced support for WOW! Business products.
• Coordinate interactions among customers, network admins, vendors, and WOW! personnel to resolve issues.
• Gather data and prepare reports on service and support effectiveness.
