Job summary

WOW! in Tampa is seeking a Technical Analyst-Commercial to provide advanced, second-level support for a broad WOW! Business product suite.

This role operates in a 24/7 environment from our in-office Tampa Data Center and requires coordinating with customers, technicians, and vendors to resolve service-impacting issues. Ideal candidates will have 2 years in telecom, relevant certifications, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in telecommunications or tech support.
• Industry certifications such as CCENT, Network+, SIP School preferred.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level advanced support for WOW! Business products.
• Coordinate interactions among customers, network admins, vendors and WOW! personnel.
• Gather data and prepare reports to measure service effectiveness.
• Respond to trouble tickets and calls; document information for troubleshooting.
• Monitor Data Center systems and ensure incidents are identified and communicated.
