Job summary

Radicle Health is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver excellent customer service, resolve product issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will write scripting queries, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge base improvements from a remote location.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and adaptability with 0-2 years of relevant experience and optional certifications.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer support or junior technical role
• Studying for relevant certifications preferred but not required (such as scripting/Database basics, Cloud Fundamentals, SFDC, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and virtual meetings with professionalism and accuracy
• Resolve customer issues with product functionality, reporting, and integrations
• Write basic to intermediate scripting queries to investigate data problems
• Document solutions in the knowledge base
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when needed
• Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Update and maintain the knowledge base with accurate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep documentation current
• Assist in improving self-service resources for customers
• Provide backup assistance for Engineering in manual testing
• Track common issues and suggest process improvements
• Share learnings in team meetings to improve performance
• Stay up to date with product changes and support best practices
• Support colleagues with knowledge sharing
