Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for the Equipment Support Team. You will deliver remote technical assistance across North America, supporting customers, drivers, Sales, and Engineering.

The role requires overnight 10-hour shifts (Thu–Sun) and up to 5% travel. You will troubleshoot cryogenic and industrial gas equipment, document issues in SAP, and coordinate service activities to ensure prompt resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive and able to independently learn new technologies.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers, drivers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams.
• Support safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Evaluate issues, determine urgency, and coordinate appropriate response.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues by phone using resources.
• Document issues clearly in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Respond to Engineering and Sales inquiries for customers.
