Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for the Equipment Support Team. You will provide remote technical assistance to customers, drivers, and internal teams across North America, supporting cryogenic systems and other advanced equipment.

The role requires overnight shifts (Thu–Sun) with up to 5% travel, strong safety commitment, and excellent communication. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers and internal teams.
• Support safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Evaluate issues, determine urgency, and coordinate responses.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues via phone with resources.
• Monitor alarms and document issues in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Process environmental incidents and other operational tasks.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams about status and next steps.
• Maintain professional, client-centered service for the EST.
