Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for the Equipment Support Team. You will deliver remote technical assistance to customers, drivers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams across North America, ensuring safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.

The role requires overnight hours with four 10-hour shifts (Thu–Sun) and up to 5% travel. You will troubleshoot cryogenic and gas equipment, document issues, and coordinate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong safety mindset and safe work practices.
• Technical, mechanical, equipment maintenance, operations, or troubleshooting background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to learn new technologies independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers, drivers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams.
• Support safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Evaluate issues, determine urgency, and coordinate response.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues by phone using resources and data.
• Document and track issues in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure completion.
• Handle environmental incidents and other operational tasks.
• Communicate status and next steps to customers and internal teams.
