Air Products is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for our Equipment Support Team. You will deliver remote technical assistance to customers, delivery drivers, Sales, and Engineering across North America, troubleshooting cryogenic systems and other equipment.

The role requires overnight shifts (Thu-Sun) and up to 5% travel. Candidates should have a safety-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and experience with industrial gas equipment or related technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers, drivers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams.
• Support safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Evaluate incoming issues, determine urgency, coordinate response.
• Troubleshoot equipment using available resources and data.
• Monitor alarms via the Advanced Systems platform and document issues.
• Create clear documentation in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure completion.
• Handle environmental incidents and other operational tasks.
• Communicate status and next steps to customers and teams.
