Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is hiring a Technical Service Representative for our Equipment Support Team. You will deliver remote technical assistance to customers, drivers, Sales, and Engineering across North America, supporting various cryogenic and industrial gas systems.

The role requires overnight shifts (four 10-hour days, Thu–Sun) and up to 5% travel. Strong safety focus, cross-functional collaboration, and clear documentation are essential in this high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers, delivery drivers, Sales, Engineering, and other internal departments.
• Support the safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Coordinate service requests and follow-up activities to ensure issues are driven through completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers, delivery drivers, Sales, Engineering, and other internal departments.
• Support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Evaluate incoming technical issues, determine urgency, and coordinate the appropriate response.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues by phone using available resources.
• Monitor alarms via the Advanced Systems platform and document issues in SAP.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure completion with internal teams.
• Review requests from Engineering and Sales to support customers.
• Prioritize issues to minimize potential product interruptions.
• Communicate status and next steps to customers and collaborators.
