Job summary

Air Products is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for our Equipment Support Team. The role delivers remote technical assistance to customers, delivery drivers, and internal teams across North America, supporting cryogenic systems and other advanced equipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Safety commitment and safe work practices.
Technical, mechanical, equipment maintenance, operations, or troubleshooting experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Interpersonal and customer service skills across departments.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt.
Flexible in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Microsoft Office and PC-based applications proficiency.
Cryogenic liquid bulk apparatus or related tech experience preferred.
Customer or field personnel support experience preferred.
This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers and internal teams.
Support safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
Evaluate incoming issues, determine urgency, coordinate response.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues by phone using resources and data.
Monitor alarms via the Advanced Systems platform.
Document issues in SAP and other systems.
Coordinate service requests and follow-ups to completion.
Process environmental incidents and related requests.
Respond to Engineering and Sales requests for customers.
Prioritize multiple issues to schedule work efficiently.
Communicate equipment status and next steps to customers and team.
Perform all tasks in a professional, client-centered manner.
