Job summary
Air Products is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for our Equipment Support Team. You will provide remote technical assistance to customers, delivery drivers, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams across North America, supporting cryogenic liquid bulk systems and other advanced systems.
This role requires overnight shifts Thursday through Sunday (4x10s), up to 5% travel, and a strong safety focus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to safety and safe work practices.
- Technical, mechanical, or troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer service across departments.
- Able to learn new technologies independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers and internal teams.
- Support safe, reliable operation of customer equipment.
- Assess issues, determine urgency, coordinate response.
- Troubleshoot via phone using resources and data.
- Monitor alarms via Advanced Systems platform.
- Document issues in SAP and other systems.
- Coordinate service requests through to completion.
- Handle environmental incidents and related requests.
- Prioritize multiple issues for efficient scheduling.
- Communicate equipment status and next steps clearly.
