Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of customer service or troubleshooting experience is preferred.
• Proven excellent attendance history in previous employment.
• Must have flexibility with shifts, including weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and installers.
• Provide operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support.
• Promote and maintain positive customer relations.
• Dispatch installers for onsite service when needed.
• Prepare and maintain daily logs and records.
